At YOLO, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we have a clear and straightforward refund policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at contact@yoloreply.com. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

While most items are eligible for return, there are a few exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

For customers in the European Union, we comply with the 14-day cooling-off period. This means that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply - the item must be in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
